We are delighted to offer our acclaimed interactive workshops at your workplace, offsite events, or team-building days. Our expert facilitators from our learning team bring a unique blend of educational content and personal storytelling that will transform how your team thinks about diversity, inclusion, and their own connections to migration stories.
Workshop Package details

- Led by experienced members of the Migration Museum Learning team.
We have experience of delivering training in partnership with people who have lived experience of the immigration and asylum process as well as with specialist academics and migration historians and would be happy to discuss the possibility of a tailored curriculum to meet your needs.
What to expect
Our workshops can be customised to your organisation's needs and may include some or all of these interactive components, depending on the length of the session that you choose:
🔍 What's in a Name? - An engaging ice-breaker activity where participants share the stories behind their names, revealing unexpected connections and personal histories.
👣 Step Forward - A powerful visual demonstration of how migration shapes all our lives directly and indirectly. This activity creates immediate awareness of shared experiences across diverse teams.
⏳ Migration Timeline - An interactive exploration of the UK's rich migration history from 1066 to today, providing context and perspective on current issues and opportunities to work as a team.
🔄 Migration Story Discs - Participants create personal story discs reflecting their own connections to migration. These can be kept as personal mementos, displayed at your organization or submitted to the Migration Museum to become part of our Collection.
💡 Reflection & Application - Guided discussion on applying new insights to workplace challenges and opportunities.

Half-Day Workshop
£1,450 for up to 20 participants (3 hours)
Additional participants: £60 per person
Full-Day Experience
£2,500 for up to 20 participants (6 hours)
Additional participants: £95 per person
