Pat was taught the art of cooking wonderful Guyanese dishes by his late mum, Pinky. Then, whilst spending some time with his father in Guyana, Pat found himself visiting local markets and making dishes with the amazing chilli peppers that are unique to Guyana.
Pat was inspired. Over the last five years, Pat has been working tirelessly, developing and perfecting his range of Pat & Pinky's Hot Sauces to celebrate the dazzling Guyanese cuisine.
He hopes these sauces can shine a light on the unique culture of his homeland whilst also supporting local farmers and the economy.
