Plateful cafe Yemeni spiced tea
The tea: A winter warmer from the Middle East, flavoured with cardamom, cinnamon and nutmeg.
- Ingredients: Black Tea, Cardamom, Nutmeg, Cinnamon Sticks
- Directions for use: For best results simmer 1/2 tbsp of Tea mixed with 325ml of milk for 5 minutes. Add 1 tbsp of sugar and simmer for another 5 minutes. Strain and serve.
- Store in a cool, dry place and consume within 6 months.
About the Refugee Cafe: Based just around the corner from the Migration Museum in Lewisham, the Refugee Cafe’s mission is to break down barriers and create opportunity, employability and community for those granted asylum in London. All their delicious products are made using traditional recipes by people who have sought asylum here.
In 2022 Lewisham will become a ‘Borough of Sanctuary’, welcoming 100 vulnerable families from war torn countries. Learn more and support the Refugee Cafe.

Click and collect from the museum in Lewisham is available to order until Friday 20th December, with collection by Sunday 22nd.
We currently ship to the UK via Royal Mail 48 delivery.

We now offer free click and collect from the Migration Museum in Lewisham Shopping Centre. Please note that the museum is currently open Friday - Sunday.

In order that we are able to offer a wide range of sizes and variations of our most popular design, we work with a print-on-demand clothing company. These items will be fulfilled separately from other items ordered from the Migration Museum and will arrive separately.
