with seven coffee bean wax melts on the surface
Smells like... coffee, caramel

Inspired by the story of Baba Budan who smuggled seven raw coffee beans out of the port of Mocha in Yemen, an act that was illegal at the time. Baba planted the seeds on the Chandradrona hills of India. In an era of tight control, coffee was exported from Arabia in roasted form only to prevent cultivation elsewhere. Baba’s daring act shattered this monopoly, liberating coffee for all.

Ingredients & Care

Our candles are 100% natural soy wax and paired with a pure cotton, flat braided and cordless wick for a clean, even burn. Hand-poured in Edinburgh, our 20cl candles can burn for approximately 35-40 hours.

Our commitment to sustainability extends to our packaging. Encased in elegant amber glass jars perfect for repurposing, our candles feature textured cream paper labels that are both recyclable and biodegradable. Additionally, our gift boxes are fully recyclable.

Candle Care

  1. Trim the Wick: Before each use, trim the wick to 1/4 inch to ensure a clean, even burn and prevent soot buildup.
  2. Burn Time: During the first burn, aim to burn for 3-4 hours to allow the wax to melt across the most of the surface. This will prevent tunneling and maximize the candle’s life.
  3. Safe Placement: Always place your candle on a heat-resistant surface away from drafts, flammable objects, and out of reach of children and pets.
  4. Extinguishing: Use a snuffer to extinguish the candle to avoid splashing hot wax and to keep the wick centered.
  5. Storage: Keep the candle in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight to maintain its fragrance and appearance
